Born on 20th September 1988 in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Afroz Khan has built a distinguished profile with a strong academic and professional background. He completed his B.E. in Engineering from Pune University (2009) and went on to pursue an MBA in Management from Cardiff University, London (2011).

• Worked as a representative (internship) with MGROTOZ Ltd., London.
• Collaborated with the Government of India’s Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises on

strategies for food security & sustainable development. Published an article “Food Scarcity – A Challenge in India: Policy Perspectives for Sustainable Food Security” and created a business model & strategy framework for NTPC.

• Worked with Nielsen, London, a multinational company, as a specialist & strategist.

With his global exposure, research-driven insights, and strong management expertise, Mr. Khan laid the foundation of De Primera Properties to deliver professional, transparent, and trusted advisory services in premium and luxury real estate investments.
